Ingredients
1 large whole wheat tortilla
2 slices of turkey breast
2 slices of ham
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
1 small handful of spinach leaves
¼ of a red bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ of a small cucumber, sliced into thin sticks
1 small carrot, shredded
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
A pinch of salt and pepper
Directions

1. **Prep the Tortilla:**

   - Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

   - Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

   - If using mustard, spread it thinly over the cream cheese.

 

2. **Layer the Ingredients:**

   - Place the turkey slices in the center of the tortilla.

   - Lay the ham slices on top of the turkey.

   - Add the slice of cheddar cheese.

   - Evenly distribute the spinach leaves, red bell pepper slices, cucumber sticks, and shredded carrot over the meat and cheese.

 

3. **Add a Touch of Sweetness (Optional):**

   - Drizzle a small amount of honey over the vegetables for a touch of sweetness.

 

4. **Season:**

   - Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the filling.

 

5. **Wrap It Up:**

   - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
