Ingredients
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
  1. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, with 1/2 cup corn syrup plus 2 tablespoons over low heat. Stir all the time.
  2. Remove from the heat and add 1/2 cup peanut butter, crunchy is fine.
  3. Mix in: 3/4 cup wheat germ, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, and 1 cup chopped peanuts. Mix together very well, then form into a log.
  4. Roll in waxpaper, refrigerate and slice thinly.
    You will keep making this because it is easy and delicious. The children can also make it. You don't need to use salted peanuts.
