Ingredients
300-400 Grams Western Family - Swiss Dark Chocolate Bar
8-10 tsp Western Family - Cocoa Powder
8-10 Western Family - Peppermint Candy Canes
3/4 Cup Western Family - Mini Marshmallows
Directions
- In a small saucepan on low heat melt the chocolate, stirring consistently. Alternatively, you can do this in the microwave in 15 second intervals (mixing in-between until melted).
- Fill a silicon cup mold (or mold of your choice), halfway with chocolate. Paint the chocolate up the sides of each cup. Place in fridge to set.
- Once set, add one or two more layers of chocolate to the side of the cup only (make it a thicker wall so they won’t break).
- Once the side layers are set, add 1 tsp of cocoa mix to each cup then cover with chocolate leaving some depth to add marshmallows.
- Add a few marshmallows to each cup, add the candy cane (whole or broken into a stick) to the middle, then drizzle with chocolate, place in fridge to set.
- Once set unmold.
- Warm up some milk, add a hot chocolate cocoa cup melt and watch the magic! Holiday hot chocolate!
