Jackson Trossehl
Jackson, a new and enthusiastic member of Quality Foods, recently joined the Port Alberni store. With 15+ years in retail and hospitality, he values strong customer relationships and teamwork. Jackson enjoys fresh produce, hiking, cycling, and spending time with loved ones. He's also been an asset in the Pattison Food Group integration.
Charlotte Penner
Royal Bay
Charlotte is a true leader, balancing empathy with a commitment to doing what’s right. As Assistant Store Manager, she prioritizes teamwork and actively supports community events. Known for tackling any challenge head-on, she leads by example and is highly respected by her team and peers for her dedication and strong work ethic.
Evan Parks
Evan Parks, Store Manager at Quality Foods Northridge, celebrates 18 years with the company. Starting as a grocery stocker in 2007, he rose through the ranks to lead the team. Evan values authentic relationships, supports local schools and charities, and enjoys camping and traveling with loved ones. He thanks his team and customers.
Lindsey Beaulac
Lindsey is a kind, dedicated, and hardworking team member, always ready to support others, whether work-related or personal. She listens to customers and strives to enhance their shopping experience. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her kids and fishing. Her dedication makes her an invaluable part of the store.
Jacob Steele
Meet Jacob Steele, Store Manager at Nanoose Bay Quality Foods. Starting as a stockboy in 2014, Jacob has worked in various locations before returning to the warm, close-knit community of Nanoose Bay. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, soccer, and experimenting with recipes. He’s grateful for his team and loyal customers.

Tayler is a dedicated leader in the deli department, always putting her team first and ensuring top-quality products for customers. She creates beautifully crafted platters for special occasions and expertly manages the store’s largest department. Her leadership and commitment make her an invaluable part of the team.
Chris Rueschmann
Chris Rueschmann, Store Manager of Powell River Quality Foods, joined QF in 2015 and became Store Manager in 2019. With roots in Port Alberni, Chris grew up working with his father in the beverage industry. He’s also worked in produce and print advertising, always valuing connections with people and his community.
Danielle Gagne
Comox
Danielle Gagne, manager of the Comox deli at Quality Foods, has led her team with a “get things done” attitude for over 17 years. She fosters a fun environment while staying active in the community, hiking in the Comox Valley, sharing health tips on social media, and tackling home renovation projects.
Michelle Bishop

Michelle Bishop has been an inspiring mentor for over 20 years. She shares her vast knowledge, uplifting women in and beyond Quality Foods. A champion of self-care and professionalism, she balances work with meditation, holistic care, gardening, weight training, and the outdoors. Her presence is key to the Bowen Road Quality Foods community.

Marina is a standout leader as Deli Manager at Parksville Quality Foods, driving her team to be the top performer in PFG. She actively supports local youth sports through fundraising and leads by example with a strong work ethic. Her coaching and dedication are key to the deli's success, making her a deserving nominee for International Women’s Day.

Grace is a dedicated leader and community supporter, playing a key role in events, school lunch programs, and a nonprofit meal program generating $8-12K weekly. As deli manager, she oversees 20+ staff across three departments, always prioritizing customers. Loyal and hardworking, she even steps in on days off to support her team.
